« We loved the home, everything was clean & comfortable. We felt so at home & relaxed our entire stay, our home away from home! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The reclining furniture was an extra bonus, especially for our 90 year old Mother who had a birthday during our stay! « The intangibles of this property are the draw, 5ft water private boat dock, 2 car garage, 12 person hot tub, and less than 10 min walk to the beach, a rare combo to find on the water. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay even though a huge storm came thru right before arrival, kudos to Gail for all her efforts. »

« The property was right on the beach, but tucked away amid sea grapes, with a charming secret pathway to the beach. It felt like a secluded and natural hideaway amid an otherwise busy stretch of beach. The beach was clean and smooth. The house was spacious and well suited for our large family gathering together. There was plenty to do, from ping pong to board games to a well stocked kitchen. We had a very relaxing time! »

« Great proximity to the ocean for the price! We had plenty of room for our 2 families on spring break. There were a total of 7 of us. The furniture was very minimal. Only 3 of us could sit on the couch watching the basketball tournament. And the furniture they did have wasn’t comfortable. They do have very large closets so we were able to keep our clothes and suitcases hidden in the closet. The house had everything we needed. Pool is cold so not a lot of swimming at the house. « AWESOME location!!First impression exceeded our expectations. Comfy beds. The kids didn’t want to leave. Their favorites were the pool and game room. The pool isn’t hot; it’s refreshing, nice and just cool enough, especially on a hot day. And the host had pool toys available for us to use. Host was very accommodating. Overall very clean. Easy check-in and check-out. We look forward to staying here again! »

« House was very clean! The house is an older home and there’s a few things they could prob update to make it a perfect 5. Overall, we had a good time. Communication with host was good! You do have to communicate beforehand to have pool heated and there is a fee for the pool being heated. Pool was perfect temp and our family enjoyed it. »
