« Doug is always so quick to respond, which is so nice. It definitely gives me peace of mind if there were to ever be an issue. The location is great; we are able to walk to campus, or downtown, which is so convenient. This was the second time we have stayed in one of Doug’s apartments and I am sure we will be back again in the future! »

« The space was smaller than a van for a two bedroom to adult rental. The neighborhood was borderline sketch. I unlocked the door close the door and rented a hotel room. It is a Multi- unit facility and I would be surprised if it passed Code. Another party unrelated to us arrived when we were departing and we told him there was availability in South Bend for a hotel. This should be listed as a hostel were first step after rehab. »
