« The apartment was extremely clean and very well stocked to make for a very comfortable stay with 3 teenage boys for a baseball tournament weekend! Highly recommend even if it is a little off the beaten path from the University. Every place we needed to go was within a 15 minute drive. Thank you to Michael and Tony for a great experience! »

« Very cute and comfortable for 3 adults! There were some spiders and webs in the bathroom but it was a very rainy couple of days leading up to our 1 night stay. Bathroom sink drains very slow. Nice sized kitchen, easy parking, cool and historic area. Nice to have coffee, we recommend having paper cups so we could take one to go! »

« Everything was fantastic, enough room for two adults and three teenager's. Doug was excellent in email communication. Easy to get back and fourth from Notre Dame. Would stay there again for our next football game. »

« This was the worst rental property I have ever had with VRBO. It was dingy, peeling paint, front door was half sawed off like someone had tried to break in, no outlets, filthy fan in bathroom, smelled and we were worried about rodents. We didn't stay. We left immediately. We paid alot of money for this room. It shouldn't be listed. »

« The basement apartment was very well appointed and clean. Somehow, the host got the wrong phone number from Vrbo so the door combo was wrong, but they were responsive to getting it fixed. One thing to note is that,at least sometimes apparently, the rest of the house is rented out separately. We could hear the other guests walking around and talking. »
