« This apartment was fabulous! It was cozy and decorated so well! All appliances were top-end and the beds were so comfortable. Jim, the host, couldn’t have been more helpful. We left a phone charger and he called to ask if it was ours. He then even delivered it to us the next day. We will definitely be back!! »

« There are some neighborhood deer that hang out nearby and we met the neighbor cat. It's close to downtown so I was able to walk and browse alone as my husband was tired after our drive. It's small, but it worked for just the two of us. »

« It was a cute apartment and they stocked it well. They even left towels specific to dry off your snowboard and skis. They communicated well about how to get in the apartment. It’s on the Main Street so a number of cafes, restaurants, and cute little shops within walking distance. The drive to Wolf Creek for snowboarding was less than an hour. When I come back to ski I will try to get this apartment again. My only note is that you have to walk about 20 stairs to get to it, so if that’s a problem...

« Very nicely remodeled cabin in the heart of lake city! We loved the location right on the river with easy access to alpine loop! Would highly recommend! »

« By far, the most unique place we've stayed. But we never felt we were sacrificing comfort. What else could you want? Big soft bed, HUGE bathroom, well-stocked kitchen with home made breakfast burritos in the freezer, and plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 dogs. We rented a sandboard and sled to visit the dunes and checked out Zapata falls on the way home. 10/10 amazing! »

« We stayed at this property 2 or 3 years ago and just loved it. We reminisce about our time there so often, we thought it was time to visit again :) It's amazing being able to walk to all the best things in Salida, and have a great view of downtown and the mountains. We also love cooking while traveling, and the kitchen is so well outfitted! We had everything we needed. A great spot! »

« A beautiful sight to see an old building put to use. This was amazing location walking distance not only to the grocery story but the shops in the town.If you are a bit older the stairs are a little tough hahaWith the amenities and hot water this place is a remarkable stay. »
