« I will definitely stay here when I return to Lake City! The layout and details made the studio feel much larger than it really was! Quiet, within short walking distances of excellent restaurants, and surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery! I enjoyed the small fenced yard with picnic table with umbrella, and flowers along the entry walk. »

« I love the central location in Gunnison -- easy to walk to university or downtown, The apartment is very modern and clean. The only problems were the key box combo didn't work (but the property manager came immediately and opened the unit) and I had some trouble with some of the tv channels -- it was slow and some channels would shut off after I started watching a program. Property manager was very kind and helpful. I loved my stay -- its an excellent option! I will definitely stay again or...
