« Clean and nicely designed space. Grocery store one block and access to downtown Salida perfect. Dog friendly, but no yard or grass close by. Dedicated parking too small for our vehicle and unable to use.Great space! »

« This VRBO was fabulous! It had everything we needed - right down to including laundry soap. So thoughtful! The beds were extremely comfortable - and super pillows, too. WiFi worked well. Super lighting outside for dark arrivals. Very much appreciated the eye for detail.Favorite thing: decor throughoutIdeas for improvement would be: including kleenex boxes! and perhaps some new pans.The location was absolutely perfect for Salida. « This awesome, impeccable condo is spitting distance to downtown Salida. We loved our stay and found all the amenities to be excellent. It’s beautifully decorated with cool exposed beans and brick, giving it the perfect, accompanying feel of Salida. Would highly recommend to any group of friends or family. »

« Great space. Nice king bed and spacious room including bathroom and shower even though it’s an older converted and renovated apace. Kitchen is perfect and had all we needed as only there one night. Views are great of River street and park and on 3rd floor. We were fine with stairs but other guests should note no elevator. We’ve stayed at this location before and it’s a great way to enjoy walkable Salida. . »

« Great stay, other than the bed. Great location, clean and comfy but the bed left a lot to be desired. Very hard mattress and not enough pillows. Front door was finicky to get into the building, but it's over 100 years old so it's OK. Other than that 5 stars »

« This was a very clean property and quite safe. It was roomy. Nice kitchen.Suggestions for future: overhead lights in the bedrooms; non-slip footing of some kind for the bathtub. »

« We stayed during FIBArt and enjoyed the proximity to the festivities. The place was cozy, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The host was a good communicator. Definitely recommend. »

« This condo is in the perfect spot - close to downtown Salida, for all the beer and food you want, and also in great location for hiking in any direction you travel. The Arkansas valley is one of our favorite places to visit, and this location helps you make the most of your time there.Giant bonus: there’s a bakery downstairs (the silver whisker) with phenomenal pastries, espresso, and sourdough bread. The place was very clean and easy to take care of. »

« We were pleasantly surprised at the convenient location, near all of the shops and restaurants as well as the amphitheater and river surfing! The house was well-appointed with all the comforts of home and was very clean. The instructions for check-in and check-out were well organized and easy to understand. Overall, a wonderful stay! »
