« The house was very nice overall and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was nice enough with a huge refrigerator. The internet was great. There were lots of deer around. The only issues I had were with the access through the entry gate from River Road. The community apparently put in a new electronic access system and the guest QR codes were not working. This only really became an issue when trying to return to the house at 10PM on a Sunday and there was no guard at the entrance to let me...

« The host was great. Met all requests and great communication. The home was clean and felt new. Everything was nice. Beds were comfy and temperature was great. The only suggestion I would make is to have room darkening curtains in the bedrooms. Sun made the bedrooms so bright it was hard to sleep late. Overall the home was almost perfect for our family. « Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this house. It is a quiet waterfront location, but also near retail, restaurants and grocery store. Property manager was very responsive and communication was great. House and amenities were as advertised and things were clean and ready for our stay. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding in the lake and caught multiple types of fish too. All in all, a great trip! »

« The house was nice and very new in a good suburban neighborhood. It was 20-25 minutes from Bank of America Stadium and uptown Charlotte. The host was very responsive to my messages. We had a little trouble with the smart lock (just enter your code). The furniture was great and new, especially the couch. It was a great place to stay! »

« Stayed here with some friends for a wedding weekend and it was the perfect spot! Short drive to downtown Charlotte and tons of cute restaurants, breweries, and fun things to do. The house was spacious and clean and comfortably housed 6 of us. Would highly recommend! »
