« Cottage on Conrad was completely delightful. It’s about 4 miles from uptown Lexington straight down Hwy 64. A quiet rural setting but close to conveniences (Randy’s Restaurant and a Dollar General).The house is new and immaculate. Comfortable beds, cozy blankets, plenty of towels, and everything you could need. The kitchen is very well stocked. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into decorating and stocking the house. Highly recommend. »

« The property was wonderful. The hosts were super responsive and helpful with any questions. We were in a school neighborhood and never heard an outside noise once we were inside. Space was so much bigger than pictures and the game room is a 100/10. It could easily fit 15-20 people and still have room to sleep and move around! We had 7 grown adults who were in town for the races, and we all had our own space. So much fun. Already planning to book this week for next fall »

Plenty of water pressure and hot water enough for five people to shower and still not run out. Close to the town of Albermarle, only 15 minutes away, lots of restaurants and shopping options there.
