« À notre arrivée, les instructions reçu par courriel, n’étaient pas claires pour la prise de possession et l’accès à l’appartement. Le gardien à l’entrée a essayé de nous aider. Il était mentionné de faire un code pour entrer dans l’appartement mais au final celui n’avait pas de clavier. Juste une serrure et l’appartement était déverrouiller à notre arrivé sans surveillance… nous avons dû payé pour le stationnement intérieur qui a été disponible seulement le lendemain. « The condo itself was great, our host was quick to resolve a couple small issues we had after check in. The really disappointing factor of our rental was that it was listed as a ground level condo and the exterior pictures showed only one step up to the door. When in actual fact there is a 2” dip from sidewalk to landing of stairs then there’s 5 steep stairs to climb to get to the one step that is pictured in ad. My recommendation would be to have that included in the ad, as I was travelling...
