« À notre arrivĂ©e, les instructions reçu par courriel, n’étaient pas claires pour la prise de possession et l’accĂšs Ă  l’appartement. Le gardien Ă  l’entrĂ©e a essayĂ© de nous aider. Il Ă©tait mentionnĂ© de faire un code pour entrer dans l’appartement mais au final celui n’avait pas de clavier. Juste une serrure et l’appartement Ă©tait dĂ©verrouiller Ă  notre arrivĂ© sans surveillance

« Had to give a one star just based on the fact the Host was unresponsive and would not send check in information after multiple attempts. VRBO customer support was fantastic though and made a stressful situation a little bit less stressful and helped support us needing to find another location. Be careful if booking here. »

« We have nothing but good things to say about this property. It was super clean, nice, and in the best location. The manager was so helpful and nice and check in and out went very smoothly. The apartment is perfect for a trip when you want to do a lot of walking in Calgary, we did not have to uber or drive anywhere because of its central downtown location. 100% would recommend to anyone staying in Calgary! »

« We loved the property, new building, new furniture, fun decor. Fully equipped with what you need to stay here and beyond. The host had welcoming snacks which was unexpected, there was definitely a lot of thought going into this space making it a happy stay for guests. The apartment was very clean and smelled lovely. « The space is nice is comfortable for longer stays. The kitchen had the essentials to cook for a week and the property is in a good spot, walking distance to the city centre. The balcony is quite dirty and was more of a pigeon resort so we didn’t use it. The laundry facility was handy but the machine was a little dirty (no fault of the owner as it is shared with the floor you are on).
