« Everything was well stocked & appointed! It’s a great cottage for 2 couples to have a weekend away! The electric fireplace was a nice amenity-since the weather was sub zero! We visited Beacon & tried a number of breweries & the Bar Arcade as well as some cool shops. It was wonderful to have our own private space to watch the SuperBowl. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would definitely book again! »

« When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it. « Inaccurate description. There’s no queen bed in the living room, you need to blow up an air mattress. There’s a washing machine but you need to bring your detergent. There’s plenty of snacks displayed, in the living room, refrigerator & freezer, but you have to watch out because you get charged a lot for any of them, just like a Vegas Hotel. There was an annoying smell from one of the bedside table, we reported, it might be from the new paint. The worst part is there’s a big mirror in a closet...

"L’hôtel est bien situé juste derrière Times Square. De l’extérieur il est très bien et fait luxueux, le hall, l’entrée, les espaces communs aussi très bien. Le personnel assez bien. Par contre je ne pense pas que l’aspirateur soit passé à tous les étages tous les jours car les mêmes choses ont traînés durant les 4 nuits dans les couloirs…je ne dirais pas qu’il est sale mais peut largement mieux faire. Les chambres soit vieillottes, la robinetterie aussi mais comme beaucoup dans NY. Les chambres de 4 sont petites la salle de bain minuscule."

"The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. The duvets and bed sheets were dirty, not properly washed, and had yellow stains. In addition, the staff were unprofessional and poorly trained. I arrived late at night, around 1:00 a.m., and the receptionist told me that the $35 credit could be used the next day because the current day had already ended. However, I was later surprised to find that I had been charged for my consumption. On top of that, almost everything comes with an extra charge, including Wi-Fi and luggage storage. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, with dishonest and unhelpful staff."
