« The person in the office didn’t answer the phone when i called for information. It rang probably 20 times I hung up and tried again. When I tried 2 or 3 times to get someone they finally answered. When talking to her she was not friendly at all. At the end of the conversation she hung up on me. I thought how rude of her. It made me very upset. Another time when i went into the office when I first got there i wanted to talk to someone about where the elevator was and nobody responded to my knock...

« The staff were very nice , however the rooms were not very clean. The first room I was in had a brown liquid stains above the inside of the room door, as if someone threw coffee up onto the wall. The AC in the room was not great , the room felt muggy . I was switched to another room , no stains on the walls but the couch was full of stains , bathtub was not clean and spots of mold around the tub caulking . Safety was also a concern , several “women of the night” if you get what I’m saying .....

« Hôtel très louche, obligé de "négocier" les chambre... on nous a proposé un lit king size pour 4 personnes certes 2 enfants...! peur de laisser les valises dans la chambre! mal fréquenté, pas de petit déjeuner... plus mauvais hôtel depuis des année réservé sur hôtel.com »
