Comté de Rock Island : Locations de vacances privées

« We appreciated the amenities. We knew it was a pet friendly home, but were disappointed that it was obvious of the pets who stayed there. There was dog poop in the driveway and a definite scent of pets. »

« We've stayed in lots of properties when travelling before, but this property was excellent in every aspect! Love sitting outside by the Great River in the morning sitting on a cup of coffee watching the barges going by and then just spending time relaxing all day.Kudos to owners and thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous home with us.Have a blessed day.K. « Older house showing its age outside, but neat and clean inside. Lots of charm and character. Plenty of electrical outlets for chargers. Great shower in the tub. »

« We had an amazing stay at the landing zone. It was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the hosts were quickly responsive and they had so many little things that helped with our stay…. Charging cords next to the bed and body soap in the bathrooms. We really enjoyed this while visiting to the QC to see our grandparents. We will def stay here again when we come back! Ps…. The housekeeper is top notch! »

« Beautiful home. Clean lots of room. The host was excellent. Checked on us to make sure everything was OK. Would definitely stay there again. »

« This house was large enough for our group and provided a great place to stay for the duration of our time in Davenport. We arrived when it was dark and it was a little tricky to get into the house. There were no checkout instructions and that was a little confusing. If you are looking for a large house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, this is it. The kitchen was well equipped and we were glad to be able to cook most of our meals there. Cleanliness left a little to be desired and we did...

« Great little place to stay with the dogs. I really appreciated how clean it was; nice bedding, fluffy towels, water and coffee. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Deck was a comfortable place to hang out and the neighborhood was very quiet. It was a short walk to downtown and the river. »

« The house was perfect for our family. It was nice they had an extra fan in the bedroom closets. The hot rub was very enjoyable for the kids and mornings loved the little table outside for mornings coffee. »

« Very clean and easy to check in. Two empty gas cylinders by grill, so had to cook inside on the 4th of July. Told Host and she will be aware for next guests. Pool was excellent. »

« The Victorian is in the process of being restored. The location is convenient to the downtown area, but parking on a narrow street was a concern and the steep steps up to the front door would be hard for some visitors (it is noted in the description). The hot tub was not clean and was only 3/4 filled with water so we never used it. The pool table has many rips and the cue sticks were missing their tops so we never used the table. The owners were quick to respond which was helpful. »

« Over all the home was beautiful and we all slept well. I suggest that the owners put house rules and checkout expectations in writing in the home someplace. I also suggest that if you advertise for sleeps 12 that there be table service for 12 (glasses, silverware, etc.) I suggest adding paper towels in the kitchen and hand towels in all of the bathrooms. A hand rail needs to be installed in the stairway leading upstairs - its a bit scary walking on wooden stairs in socks with no hand rail! ...

« Our family of 5 adults was in town for a celebration of life, and this home suited our needs well. Beds/pillows were comfortable, showers were good and there was ample space to comfortably entertain other family staying nearby. The screened front porch provided a great conversation space. When we ran into a problem with needing additional cookware and serveware it was quickly accommodated by our hosts. 15 minute walk to Whitey's for the best ice cream around! »
