« Nice neighborhood, great bed. It was quiet, good air conditioner. It was loud so we had to have volume up so hopefully that didn't bother anyone. The fridge ice & water did not work- super disappointing & inconvenient since we needed it for our cooler. Kitchen was not set up well at all. Placesetting was for 4. « Host was very unconcerned the valve broke on the shower handle and was running full hot water with no way to shut it off. Didn't respond for hours. They are lucky we are handy people and shut the hot water down to the unit... unfortunately we didn't get showers for the last 24 hours of our stay after a 92 degree day outside at a festival all day. Host iffered for us to go shower in another uncleaned unit. And offered but he never did send any sort of compensation. Pretty expensive place for...

Comté de Rock : les avis sur les hôtels les plus prisés

Clubhouse Hotel Suites Sioux Falls

8/10 Bien

"Propreté de la chambre "

The Dakota

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed one night at The Dakota in Sioux Falls as a stopover before heading to Chicago, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the room was spacious — exactly what you need after a long day on the road. The lady at reception was exceptionally kind and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. Check-in did feel noticeably longer than at other places we’ve stayed during our trip even though the guest checking in in front of us was mostly done, but the staff remained courteous throughout and was simply filling all the paper work needed to give us our keys. Our biggest disappointment was that the swimming pool was unavailable, despite our confirmation email received that day highlighting the pool hours of operation. After a seven-hour drive, a swim would have been perfect and we were looking forward to it. The receptionist saw our devasted faces when she shared that the pool was closed and actually offered compensation, but unfortunately, since we had booked through Expedia, she couldn’t process it. Talk about disappointment!! Breakfast was standard for this type of stay - simple but sufficient. The hotel is also conveniently located close to charming downtown Sioux Falls, which pleasantly surprised us with great dining options, a beautiful park, and interesting historical sites. Despite the hiccup with the pool, we’d still say it was a good stay overall, and the friendly service made a difference."
