« Property was outside of town and had a mountain view. We expected to find a finished cabin with electricity and port-a-potty, with no running water. What we found was a odd, mostly finished cabin. The inside was clean. The outside had quite a bit of stuff left around. Broken ladders, wood scraps, broken rocker. There were small solar lights to light the path to port-a-potty. There was a 5 gallon bucket in the port-a-potty for waste. They did leave us several gallons of useable water in a tank...
