« Perfect for our group of 15 ranging in age from 7-84! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located and the house is even better than expected - bigger than it looked in the pictures and laid out perfectly. The kitchen and dining room were great for family meals and games. Despite the cool weather, some made use of the pool and hot tub, which were both very nice. « This was my first time using Vrbo and it was fairly easy to navigate through the process (without too much help from my daughter). Roy Lake Landing has a good floor plan for privacy of bedrooms. The beds very comfortable. We made good use of the completely fitted out kitchen. Good view of the good lake from either upper or lower deck. We should have stayed two more days! Jim »
