« The property was decent. Location was great for being close to campus. The house was relatively clean, except for the kitchen items. Beds were comfortable. The AC doesn't reach the upstairs master bedroom and it gets rather warm up there, even when it wasn't very warm outside. The screens are ripped so not great for opening windows. The house could just use some fixing up of several minor things and a good scrub of the kitchen. »
