« Staff is non-existent. I did see some people cleaning rooms. Self check-in and self-check-out. I was told it would be by text, but all instructions came by email, so I missed the check-out instructions. I was long gone when I saw it. No coffee in the morning is major!!! Better instructions for Roku TV and for the A/C split unit would be nice. Parking was insufficient, so I parked on the lawn the first night. Our room only had sheer curtains on a first floor. Privacy or room darkening shades...

« Motel bien situé mais check in sans présence physique. On est censé avoir reçu un mail (donc il faut avoir accès 24/24 a sa messagerie) avec les instructions. Sauf que le mail n'a pas été reçu. Donc il faut appeler (a vos frais en international) un centre d'appel qui met longtemps pour régler le problème (redémarrage de l'ordinateur et j'en passe...). Donc assez problématique. Sur l'appartement rien a dire c'est propre (mêmesi les rebords de fenêtresgagneraienta êtredébarrassésde leurs...

« The place seemed a little shabbier than last year. Eg. Walkway lights in front not functioning. The room lacking in electrical outlets for a modern traveler. ( They claim remodeling is scheduled) Breakfast buffet nothing special, could use some nicer baked goods. Bathroom soaps tiny, toilet paper flimsy. Maybe since place hoping to sell soon, Owners reluctant to put much in right now. »

« There is no staff on site. Fire alarm went off no one showed up for 20 mins. The shower situation was less than desirable. The property outside was not weeded and lacked any care. Any guest that I spoke to all felt the same. We go once a year to Lenox and will not be staying there. »

« I enjoyed my stay. The cottage was immaculate upon arrival and is gorgeously decorated. Beautiful kitchen with stunning countertop, comfortable couch, spacious bathroom, beautiful flooring, and wonderful high ceilings on the top (kitchen and living room) level. There is another rental property (owned by the same owner) just steps away from the back door of the cottage, and there was some brief construction noise at 10 am one morning during my stay which luckily did not occur again.
