« In short, the unit is fine and in a great location. In fact, this was our second stay at the property. But when we arrived (late November in Montana), the unit was like an icebox. There is no thermostat in the unit (everything is controlled remotely at the management company). NOT ideal. After sitting in a 45 degree unit for hours wearing our winter coats, hats and gloves, we became increasingly frustrated by the lack of urgency to resolve the problem. In the end, the furnace was broken...
