« We stayed with our 4 children there are plenty of things to do around the area. The pool was great a short 1 minute walk which was perfect for the little ones and the pool water was nice and warm. The beautiful park with the waterfall right down the road. Lots of places to fish. Loved this place and will surely stay again. Also it was very easy to get a hold of the host and he also got right back to us. »

« My son and I came into Arkansas to visit family for vacation. We stayed at the lake house very clean. The weather was a bit muggy but other than that we had a wonderful time and then we got a rain storm which was so awesome to sit on the porch and watch if you’re thinking about staying here I would definitely recommend it. »

« The place was great and as shown in the listing. Plenty of room for everyone as we had a bigger group of kiddos. The small arcade machine and pool table were a big hit. The extra living space downstairs was great! Host was very responsive and would definitely stay again. »

« Quiet and very clean. I would recommend different couch and chair (it sits low) and a bigger TV but it worked out great for us!! I would definitely stay again. »

« Cute little cabin with covered patio under the elevated house. We were looking to stay on the familiar "crystal clear" Current River, but torrential rain brought the river high and turned it murky brown. It was still wonderful to be on the banks of the river, and the sun came out and the river cleared out for our last day. »

« The host was absolutely superb. She was there to answer any questions you may have had. Amenities were great. It was a beautiful relaxing setting for our anniversary. I can't say enough of how much we enjoyed our stay here with our pets soaking up the sun on the deck, walking down to the lake to see the sunset, it was amazing. A charming place to stay to keep coming back. »

« We had a great stay at Tina’s place. She was a wonderful and thoughtful host. The place is as pictured and in a beautiful location. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. Very functional space that worked well for a group. We were able to cook several dinners, grill, watch tv on a huge comfy couch, and hangout on the porch without being over crowded. »

« Very roomy property, less than a 1/2 mile from public access to the Spring River and less that a 10 min drive to damn #3.Just a hop skip and a jump off Main Street that runs through down town Mammoth Springs. »

« Overall we had a great couple of days. Super easy to get to our location. Super easy to communicate with property manager when they were needed for info to put our boat in the water. Easiest check out process. And comfy! »

« The property was absolutely beautiful the home has an old time feel to it’s very welcoming. We had no problem checking in even though we were early. The host was very nice and always available which was so very helpful 10/10 would go back again for sure!! »
