« The house was as we expected. Very well decorated and very clean. We felt safe and comfortable. »

« Had a pleasant overnight stay while helping my daughter move into TU. Unit was as described. Clean and comfortable. As mentioned, the units are separated by a wall and I did occasionally hear the visitors next door, but it wasn’t problematic. Bath had provided shampoo and conditioner, as well as a hairdryer. Would consider staying here again. »

« Nice property, clean! Its on well water. Could use some modern updates but overall a nice home to stay in. Bring a hair dryer. AC worked well as it was 95deg every day. Has hot tub but it was too hot for that. Id stay here again! »

« We came into town for a funeral and they opened up their home early for us so that we could get ready. The home was fantastic and very clean. We will stay here again if eber in town again »

« The host was wonderful! She communicated quickly whenever we had a question. All the bedrooms were wonderful. The beds were comfortable and nice sizes for adults. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies provided. The bathrooms were updated and the jetted tub was a great addition. Having the out door space was perfect for sitting and enjoying the day. The home is close to Ball State, restaurants and shopping. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was warm, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, making us feel comfortable the moment we arrived. The house is well-stocked with plenty of amenities, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. The location is also fantastic. Close to everything we needed while still being peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming getaway. »

« We had a great visit here. It is so spacious and so very well supplied for comfort and ease. Mid century modern decorations were amazing and fun to live with, especially for us senior citizens, since we grew up in that era! The location is so convenient to Ball State and fast to any other locations. »

« House met all our expectations. Very clean. Beautiful property. Short drive on county roads to Ball State University. Could have had some better towels. Perfect layout. »

« The location and house were perfect for our weekend trip to attend our daughter’s wedding. It was quiet and peaceful with plenty of room to stretch out when we had a moment to relax. They have a great rec room setup but we didn’t have time to take advantage of the games with all the wedding activities that were scheduled. There is also a nice backyard to relax in and with the location, again, would be a peaceful place to relax. Matt was super easy to work with and the weekend went well. I only...
