1. Saint Paul Vacation Rental Near Downtown

Summit - University

« The location was perfect for us. We were in town for our son's wedding. The venues included Como Park and WA Frost. The restaurant was within walking distance. Hi Hat was also within walking - lots of choices for food and easy to get around. The unit was clean. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. Coffee was provided, and the oven worked. Our only complaint was that it was a little "dark" - lighting could be added. The dark grey walls and ceilings throughout (except for the...

Macalester-Groveland

« Very clean and modern w/new appliances. Traveling as a single mom, we were in a very safe neighborhood. Very close to St. Thomas. Upstairs tenants were incredibly loud. One set of ear plugs provided but I felt like they were bowling at midnight-2am. Frustrating when we specifically chose a house to avoid loud hotel noise. Besides the noise everything else was good. Host was incredibly helpful and kind. Minimal check out chores. »

« The house is exactly as pictured! Very clean and well stocked. Beds are firm and comfortable with nice linens. Kitchen is well stocked with the basics you need for cooking and cleaning. We would highly recommend this stay for both long and short term rentals. Location is great for access to grocery market, restaurants, bars and downtown Saint Paul. Both the area and the current upstairs neighbors are quiet. The host is easy to contact, thanks for the stay! »

« This property is in an area where there is a homeless population. When we went to check in there was a tall hooded man in the isolated back of the building. Later he came back with his belongings, bike, and a microwave on a microwave cart that he plugged into an outlet in the back of the building. Being a young mother and elderly women who wouldn’t be getting back to the property until 11pm we did not feel safe. We notified the host who asked us to take a picture of him to verify our concern....
