Morgan, the property manager is a pleasure to work with, always helpful and immediately responsive to any requests or problems. Since our last stay an enormous house went up next door which partially obstructs the view of the ocean, but it can still be seen from the main part of the deck, and it can always be heard:) »

« We had an exceptional stay in this house on Vilano Beach in St. Augustine. The house was great for those wanting a beach vacation with little hassle. The kitchen and dining area is clean with ample space for preparing and sharing a group meal. Publix was directly down the driveway and across the street. House is not near the street so it didn’t feel busy. It was quiet except for some pounding caused by construction being done on a nearby home. I never heard any road noise, mostly listened to...
