« Had a difficult time getting into the building. Code would not work. Finally a lady that lives in the building let us in. After reaching out to the host, we were able to get into the apartment. The place looked just like the picture on the app, it was clean. The problem was the two of us only had 1 clean bath towel. The rest of the towels and the sheets from the prior occupant, we’re in the washer/dryer combo, damp and stinky. The hosts cleaning ladies obviously did not do their job well. »

« Please be aware there are people above this property that are very loud and very active at 1-2am. The noise level can make it difficult to sleep, and I ended up leaving a day early. This is no fault of the owner, but certainly something to be aware of. The backyard is beautiful and great for dogs if you are traveling with one. I was sent the wrong check in code and WiFi information, which the owner fixed when I called at arrival. »

« Upon our arrival at Royal Retreat 3 we discovered that we had no internet and no TV signal. I tried to resolve the issue by contacting the host. I was told by her answering service that it was Saturday and that Miss Carol would not be available until Monday. My communications with the host, that followed, clearly show my despair in trying to resolve the issue and her avoidance of responsibility. We finally did get internet service on Monday, although I am not certain of the source. We never...
