« We rented what is described as a Cozy Cabin in a “Resort” on Lake Tansi. It was, in fact, what I would describe as a 1950’s Grade B family vacation “resort.” I’m sure that in by-gone days it was considered pretty nice but too many years, too much MILDEW and insufficient maintenance/renovation have taken their toll.We had to have the toilet reset the day we arrived because it leaked and wet the floor, the towels were insufficient and sleeping 6 people in this “cabin” was a big stretch. « This was my first booking using this site!I want to start with positives first. Check in was very easy and helpful. The place itself was very clean. I checked mattresses etc and everything was good. I did bring my own comforters and pillows just because the age of the bedding and I always bring pillows anyway. « The condo itself was very nice just as described. And we enjoyed ourselves. My children 8 YO learned how to fish on their own and caught a lot of fish. The road to the condo is washed pretty good. Luckily I have a SUV. We arrived at night and questioned if we were at the right place because of that. The condo only has a TV in the main living area. So my kids couldn't watch what they wanted without everyone watching it. And I like to watch a little bit of TV in bed to relax to. But we managed. ...
