« My partner and I had a perfect mini getaway at The Blue Heron cabin this past weekend. I would absolutely recommend this A-frame and already have! The cabin is remotely located on a very large piece of property that contains two other A-frames. This cabin in particular sits off to the side and is probably the most private of the three, although they are all very private. « Adorable cabin. Great location as far as being central to hiking trails. Check in was hassle-free. Hot tub was wonderful. Only issue was with the cleanliness outside. The outside seating, gas grill, and hot tub cover all looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. My wife had to get a rag to wipe down the chairs outside so she could sit. Whoever does the cleaning should wipe those things down after each stay. Just a minor complaint. Overall enjoyable stay. »

« Perfect! That is the best way to describe our stay. We celebrated our 25th anniversary with a stay at Doc’s Lakeside Cabin. We only need two things for a get away to be enjoyable. 1. Clean accommodations. 2. Peaceful quiet solitude. Doc’s cabin did not disappoint. The cabin was immaculately clean to a level we’ve not experienced in a rental.
