« First of all… you advertised as if it was downtown close to the East side and Thayer st area…, it WASNT!It was very dirty and smelled! Hair was everywhere in the bathroom.We had one fork.! No sauna as advertised! Im FROM PROVIDENCE! So I know about the local rodent issue! So when I pulled up and seen how long the bushes were I was immediately disgusted and worried for my kids because of RATS. YOU KNOW LIKE I KNOW that your little garage area in the back is FULL of rats ! I’m very disappointed!!!...

« We had a wonderful stay and were so glad we booked this place, especially as a last-minute trip! The home was exactly as described, clean, neat, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. Everything was well-maintained and it made for a relaxing stay. One of the unexpected bonuses was discovering a fantastic breakfast spot just a 3-minute walk away, which made our mornings even better. The only thing that gave us a little laugh was that we couldn’t find any locks on the bathroom doors! Not a big...

« This was a very cozy apartment. Very clean. The seating in the living room was a bit limited and uncomfortable. The bedrooms were perfect for what we needed. Air conditioning was great! The kitchen was nice but no stove available, just a cooktop. The parking space was very tight and barely fit our Honda Civic enough so that other vehicles could get around it to park. Communication with the host was great. Very responsive and helpful. »

The living room furniture is minimal and could use a full length couch. Also for those who might have difficulty navigating stairs the stairs to 2nd floor bedrooms are steep and narrow and the bathroom is on the first floor. The parking for two cars is in a dirt lot a house away. There had just been a significant snow storm a few days before...

I would compliment how clean this place was - not a speck of dust and everything was well furnished. We noticed and appreciated all the extras and niceties - friendly host with suggestions on what to do, specialty donuts gifted on counter, soaps and shampoos without sulfates, compostable kitchen items and basically no corners cut.
