« Was really clean, great location, well appointed, organized and cute! Will definitely try to stay here again when in RI because it is easy to get to all the places and there was plenty of food options nearby. Neighborhood was quiet which was nice for good rest. The only minor thing is the heating system was a little loud maybe needs air purged or some maintenance to make it quieter when it heats up. »

Comfortable place to stay.Only thoughts would be to have additional dishes (not enough plates/cups for the number of guests allowed) and recommend communication about the garage door app (at check-in) since we were asked to park in the garage (it was really convenient to park in the garage and have the app to open and close the door).Overall, great place to stay. »

« Katie was very quick to respond and a very gracious host. The house is a few blocks from Providence College campus, so it was perfect for seeing my daughter. The house is also less than 10 minutes to downtown and all the other wonderful Providence attractionsThe house was very neat and tidy when we arrived and it was nice to have parking spots behind the house so we did not need to park on the street. « Was a very nice stay. The rooms were very nice and liked that was access to tv to keep kids entertained. Also the backyard was a nice touch. Would have like some seasonings in the kitchen but overall enjoyed our stay. Host and customer service was very good. »

« My family and I stayed at John and Ashley’s residence as my son was graduating from college. I had searched to find a home big enough to accommodate us, however, the only one that stood out to me was John and Ashley’s property. Communication was excellent. John was there to greet us when we arrived, gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had. The home was immaculate, the grounds were pristine, and the house was stocked with everything and anything you would need. The bedrooms...
