« Very nice spot, one of the better supplied kicthens I have seen in a short-term rental with decent appliances. And yes the counters are all bar-height, but it wasn't an issue for us. One thing that I didn't realize was that the wood-stove is only decorative, so if you want a fire, it is outside. »

« I come up to Canaan Valley quite often in the winter for skiing, and the biggest factor for me is easy access — getting in and out without any hassle. This place absolutely nailed that. The drive in is flat, and the drive out to the main road is flat as well — a huge plus in the winter.The property is very secluded and features a lovely wraparound deck that would be great in the warmer months.
