« Loved this place, perfect property to house a few couples with kids, no issues at all »

« Perfect vacation home for a family reunion or a large group.Tom, the host is excellent and was always available for information. Would recommend this rental for anyone wanting to experience a memorial stay at a beautiful lake. »

« The property was clean enough but could use a deep clean and minor repairs on walls The dryer had sheets in it so we folded and put them away All in all it was ok »

« Hummingbird Cottage is a great place to relax and enjoy the beach! It’s cozy and packed full of thoughtful and useful things that helped make our stay memorable. »

« This was our first time at this property, but not our first vacation rental.Inside was very clean, if older. One old style bathroom is not suitable for 6 guests, in my opinion. It was apparent to us, as the property was for sale, that no reinvestment was being or had been done in quite some time. « What a beautiful hidden gem. Absolutely amazing host, very communicative, understanding and easy to reach. The property was clean, very modern interior and current. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was very spacious. Well organized. We will definitely be returning. »

« The property as very nice, large rooms, nice kitchen, great pool table and hot tub. Host was very responsive. I was a little disappointed in the lack of dishcloths and drying cloths. Told to use paper towels which, frankly don’t do the job. Ran out of toilet paper, no large towels for the hot tub, very small oven with only one rack, just a few things that I feel were lacking. On the plus side, great coffee machine, coffee pods provided, lots of cooking utensils. We had a great stay! »

« Endroit agréable, près de restaurants et de la plage »

« There was alot of spiders throughout the house and all over the ceiling. There was no cushioning on the outdoor chairs. The barbeque has very dirty. As we were cooking dinner the power went out and we had to use the barbeque and it affected our dinner. We called the owner, and the property manager came and reset the breaker in the garage. He threatened to call the police after we confronted him about all the problems after our stay. »

« This is a great location for family and friends to stay when visiting Sylvan Lake. It is not lake front but you can access the water with a short walk. The property is spacious and well kept. There was plenty of room to park if you have a boat to store overnight. »
