« This little home gave me joy the minute I walked in! Totally exceeded my expectations. It was clean, and decorated darling. It was nice to have a main floor bedroom for my 78 year old mom to stay in, with a bathroom right next to it. The large king size bedroom downstairs was wonderful for my husband and I, and the bathroom down there was amazing. The host was exceptionally generous and accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. »

« We were in Grand Forks for a softball tournament and stayed here, and I am so happy that we did! There were 6 adults and 3 kids and this space worked so well for us. Great location near lots of amazing food options and I was even able to walk 3 blocks to the river and spend time on the walking path. We cooked most meals here and there was everything we needed and more. Great set up to visit while we prepped food. Downstairs was where the kids stayed so they had their own space and bathroom....

« The housecleaning was completely lacking. Below are some of the things that I observed: House cleaning: (Just to name some of the things, there are more, it is clear that this house has not had a deep cleaning in a LONG time) - Gross brown spots on tile next to toilet (which looked suspiciously like blood; and I cleaned myself) - Towels don’t match, some are old and have gray tinge to them; they are not uniformly folded or placed on the shelf in any order - Shower curtain smells sour, there is...

« A bit run down, the mattress downstairs bedroom is EXTREMELY HARD, uncomfortable! Need more blankets, only gave 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, had to go out and buy. Also the patio looks much different than the pics, there was an ashtray of cigarette butts that needed to be emptied. The check out instructions specify to used a designated laundry bag under kitchen sink, there was no bags. The bathroom sink drains very slow, and if you’re tall ,don’t stay here! The ceiling is very low! Tried...
