« This could be a nice place to stay but is in need of some major upgrades. The pictures are very deceiving. In one bedroom there was an outlet that had a large orange extension cord that ran across the room behind the bed then plugged into an 8 prong outlet that was behind the bedside table laying on the radiant heater. « The host was great, location was great. Layout of the house was okay, very clean and well appointed. It was way too expensive for a one night stay and there was a fire detector beeping i nthe house and the host was not able to do anything about it. »

« Pros: Safe neighborhood, off street parking, great view and deck, good price for 2 bedroom/2 bath, very responsive host. Cons: Lots of cosmetic blemishes, furnishings felt like they were salvage pieces, 2 uncomfortable couches, old mattresses, rusted washer/dryer unit, blinds didn't close fully, guest bathroom faucet dripped constantly, presence of cobwebs and daddy longlegs spiders (5) in master bedroom. « This place was amazing! Great location, clean and had everything you need. Spencer the host was incredible and always available and responsive. Beach is right there and access to local amenities make it a win all around. Can't recommend this place enough!! »
