« We’ve stayed here for years and it’s always been convenient, comfortable and friendly. Apparently the former owner sold, and now the room check in is all done virtually, which we’ve not had to deal with before. It was a surprise at check in to have no front desk, and nobody on site to assist. We had to initiate a zoom like call for help getting keys. The remote agent was helpful and we got keys, and it worked ok. She was in Canada. I’d rather deal with a local, on site manager and have some...

« Not a fault of the business but they were in process of painting/renovating and the paint smell was just all over the room. Not sure if the room was freshly painted but unable to get a good nights rest because of the paint smell. Pool was not available for use. Also maybe there was a late check in but the floors seem to be incredibly thin. For like 10 min, the guests who checked in, above my room was pretty loud dropping luggage and heavily walking getting settled. Again that was not the fault...

« Place looks pretty rough from the outside, but the room was clean and felt fresh and inviting inside. View of the lake is minimal - it's pretty far away and across the highway, but still nice. The girl who checked me in was cute, friendly and helpful. There are NO amenities, lol. »
