« The communication with the property management team was terrible. The pool table was rickety and placed improperly so you could not use it. The ball game was broken. The treadmill was broken. The TVs did not work and you could not access internet at the house. The toilet seats were loose and I almost fell off of the toilet. The toilet in the lower main level was broken. The pool was so cold you could not even swim in it. There was a poor guy there when we got there so we could not go explore the...

« House under repair. Grill unusable at first. . Even after cleaner sent out. They failed to clean out grease trap. My son had to do that. Had to purchase tp and paper towels.kitchen had no minimal supplies for cooking. Kitchen was not prepared for a party of 11 »
