« The room was extremely small with only 1 window, which was on the front door. I do not recommend the Basic Studio Suite. The room was clean but the furniture is sparse and could use updating. Amenities for the kitchen were minimal. »

« I was pleased with my stay here in Eloy. The apartment had all that I needed, and was clean and comfortable. I didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen was a good size, and seemed to have all that one would need to cook a meal, including spices. Initially, I couldn't find the apartment number, because I was looking for it in the inner courtyard of the complex of apartments, which turned out to be the backdoors of the apartments. The front doors were all along the outer side of the complex. »

The unit was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the community is quiet, and it’s truly delightful to sit by the lake in the evening to work, socialise, or bird watch. The best was having an en suite washer and dryer…very convenient. Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the Estrella Sailport. Due to it’s priximity to I10 it’s an easy drive to Phoenix, Sky Harbor Airport or even Tucson. »
