« Overall the place was beyond great from every aspect to me. Everything inside the room was new and looked great only issue was no shower curtain but wasn’t a deal breaker. Me and my nephew stayed there over the weekend to do atv trails in the town of Gilbert WV. Was a blast will definitely go back. Anyone looking to book don’t let outside appearance fool you it definitely is nice and comfortable along with it being affordable too. »

« Place was great, host was very caring about any needs we had. Treated us very well. The parking was great, we pulled a 30ft trailer and had plenty of room for parking and loading and unloading our utv's. Overall very pleased with the accommodations and had a great stay. »

« We had an awesome stay. The place was super clean. It smelled so good in our room. Description was very accurate. We used the grill outside and had a fire. Was super close to trails gas and food. Communication with the owner was great. They were here when we got here. Super nice people. Street in front of place was busy with side by side traffic. ( it was a Holiday weekend).
