« Overall our experience was positive. We experienced one issue in the washroom that was fixed at a very short notice. We requested for a vacuum cleaner and got it promptly. Further, there was no guarantee of a parking spot when we booked. However, we were assigned a reserved spot when we arrived. We only saw the staff when we requested help and they were friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent, just a 3-4 minute drive from the University of Waterloo. « Condo is on the third floor and elevator is for residence only. Be prepared to use stairs every time you want to go out.States private beach but it is only a fenced in sandy yard. You just have to leave the yard to access the beach. Beautiful view from balcony to watch the sun set.If you plan on cooking meals, there is limited pots pans, none big enough to cook for our group of 7 except in small batches.
