« The apartment was clean. It was a challenge to get the fob to enter the apartment. The temperature was set to 20 C, and it was very cold during the night. When I contacted the host, she tried to address it, but the temperature went back to 20 C and stayed there the whole time. « The property was not a luxury property. The bedding was substandard and I was told to make my bed. The dirt in the rental was not was disgusting. We had someone come in and clean while we were there. Had to teach her how to make a bed. Dirty rug dirty bathroom dirty glasses. Chipped glasses. No info paperwork on site. With the different instructions. Had to ask for everything including wifi code. I would not re pm end this rental to anyone. This host wants your money but does not deliver....
