« Beautiful home. Woke up to see cows grazing across the street. Rural so you do need a vehicle.Quiet and peaceful. It was 5 mins away from the wedding venue we were attending. Leah was very responsive to a non property related issue we had during our stay. I would recommend 100%. Great town for shopping and yard sales! »

« Communication with the host was excellent. A little house idiosyncracy was quickly resolved. The view from the porch will be etched in our fond family memories of our week together. Every detail to make the week enjoyable was there from the ample wood for the firepit and a s'mores kit to the well-stocked kitchen with plenty of tools and preparation items. Loads of towels, ample toiletries, and even items for our furry family member were included. We were a bit intimidated by the driveway, but...

« My daughter, grandson, and I stayed here for 2 days during the week to unwind and do a little fishing. The house was perfect and the water access for fishing even better! The owners communication was excellent. We highly recommend this owner and property. »

« Cute tiny home that’s perfect for a quick getaway. »

« Quiet and picturesque getaway for my wife and I with our 2 kids and their spouses and kids. Loads of linens and all the appliances and a small fenced area out back for smaller pets or children to play. Close to Shiloh National Park and other small towns with several options for things to do. Great park in Savannah just down the road. »

« Nice clean home. Located close to the lake. Plenty room for boat trailer parking. Also easy access to the lake. One fairly neat thing about it is the deer that will come up in the yard. »

« Very cute and clean house. Only wish the weather was above freezing so we could have enjoyed the very large deck with that view of the Tennessee river!!!! »

« We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere at Hummingbird Haven cottage. The hummingbirds were so beautiful and also very brave as one actually landed on our puppies head. The first floor has a living room, kitchen, dining table, bathroom and bedroom. The downstairs bedroom has a King size bed that is very comfortable. Upstairs has two bedrooms and a bathroom. We utilized the bedroom with the queen size bed that was comfortable, providing a peaceful nights sleep. The neighbor was nice a quiet. ...

« Photos do not do the property justice. Very nice home, safe area, incredible views and perfect outside ambience with outdoor fire pit and grill along with dining and seating. So happy we booked here. Only complaint is with VRBO and the way they charge per day rather than night and have late checkin early checkout so I felt like we paid far more than what was fair based on our actual stay length. But this had nothing to do with the host or the property, both of which exceeded expectations! »
