The Kenneth L Batts park has a new walkway on the island that extends across the marsh and to the intracoastal waterway. It is a perfect place to walk out and see the sunset.
I posted a photo of the south end a few moths back. I thought it would be interesting to show the changes that can occur over just a few months to the sand, island, depth of the water, and water color.
I am truly in love with aerial straight down shots. Every time I take my drone up I see something with new eyes.
We had amazing sunsets the first two nights, and then 5 days of rain in a row.
And now for something completely different, for me, a beach with warm weather and swimmable waters. A hometown vibe, that has been my go to beach since I was a baby. Every time I go it's like going home. I love this place. Non touristy, great beaches, and a place to relax and enjoy the sound of waves. #beachbound
