« This property is extremely noisy. The owners live upstairs with small children & you can hear every footstep. One night the toddler jumped On the floor above our bedrooms until midnight. Another night it sounded like he was dropping marbles.I was surprised that there wasn’t a Kurig coffee machine, just an old fashioned coffee pot. I never did find a toaster. There needed to be instructions on how to work the thermostat & the tv remote. I would not recommend this rental at all!!! »

« Clean, and Quiet. Not given any proper contact info so was locked out initially, went through an unnecessary process to get a simple code for a lock. Upon entering could not find anything and no notes or instructions on anything. The dishwasher and dryer and not easily accessible. (You'll see what i mean unless they change it) so called first aid kit under sink and stuck to bottom of cupboard under sink with mr clean. Someone did not log out of Netflix so did not know if I was to leave it or...

« If I could give ZERO stars I would. We didn’t even get to stay here. They scammed us!!!! 700 bucks. I got every confirmation email you can think of, payment requests, address day of, everything checked out until we showed up to check in and they said they double booked us both of nights! Said there were guests in there but everything was locked up and empty! « We liked the location and apartment itself. But we did not have heat for two days. The contact kept saying they were raising heat but it didn’t work. Remote heat not a good idea.The couch needs to be replaced. So uncomfortable. Kitchen chairs are filthy.There is a step up to place from front and back which should have at least reflective paint or tape for nighttime. Almost tripped! Upstairs tenants can be noisy. »

« Check in was great, simple and easy. Love that guests have access to the full garage, place is clean and nicely renovated. Only negatives- could not lock the door to the suite, it was locked from the garage and side door however, it would be great to have the ability to lock the actual door to the suite, and secondly there was a smell of smoke. »

« It was a comfortable and quiet spot. I had trouble checking in. I didn’t initially get the check in instructions so there was a waste of a couple of hours. Then there were two lamps that had to be unplugged because the on off switch was broken. Lastly, try to brighten the lighting in the vestibule. »
