« We booked the room. We were told we will be receiving room key code the day of and it never happened. The host/owner stiffed us and left us stranded. We had to scramble trying to find a place to stay. It was very frustrating. Very unprofessional. Disappointing. »

« Very clean apartment right across the street from West Edmonton Mall. All of the amenities were good, the place was as nice as the pictures, and communication with Dan was great. The only flaw is that the unit as a whole is very warm, but we were really only there for breakfast and to sleep, so we weren't too bothered. We would gladly stay again! »
