« I really want to give our stay a 5 star review bc the place is beautiful with awesome pools and amenities however it is clear there is absolutely no one managing this place. The only staff present are a bartender and chef who comes in on the weekend. There was no one to help us check in and nothing was labeled to know where we were staying. « The listing photos misrepresent the condition of the property. It is in need of landscaping, maintenance, cleaning and dusting. We left after the first night of our four night stay and moved to a nearby Homewood Suites, which was much nicer. When I returned the second day to take and submit pictures of the actual condition of the home as VRBO requested, the owner was present and resisted my efforts to do so even through I was still within the fully paid rental period. »
