« We did not receive a welcome email telling us how to access the property. We had to contact customer support to get ahold of someone for the information. The parking spots were far from the unit and in no particular order. Without a map of their location we had to circle the entire complex and found someone else already parked in our spots. « We had a fabulous stay at this little house! We happened to be traveling during the crazy winter storm that ended up shutting down all of Ft Worth the weekend that we were there. Fred was so accommodating, he made sure there was a fully fueled generator with extra space heaters in the house in case the power went out. He also provided shovels and stopped by to salt the ice for us when the ice got really bad. The house was very clean and had plenty of pillows and blankets for our stay. Highly...

« The communication with Will was great! Check in email answered everything and complete with photos. The location was perfect!! So many things were walkable. Very safe building. We would stay again! »

« Our experience with this property was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we found that it looked nothing like the photos. The air conditioning was not functioning, there were large water stains on the ceiling that raised structural concerns, and an unidentified substance on the walls that appeared to be potential mold. Given these conditions, we made the difficult decision to leave and book accommodations at a Hyatt instead, as we did not feel comfortable staying there with our children....
