« Very clean. Plenty of space for everyone. We had a larger group and were concerned about the 1 bathroom. We managed to make it work without issues or arguments of anyone taking too much time in the bathroom. The washer and dryer was a nice feature as it allowed us to under pack this year. Had a bit of hiccup with the septic being full at the start of our stay - we were on pins and needles until it got emptied. Would be willing to book again. »

« The property was decent. Location was great for being close to campus. The house was relatively clean, except for the kitchen items. Beds were comfortable. The AC doesn't reach the upstairs master bedroom and it gets rather warm up there, even when it wasn't very warm outside. The screens are ripped so not great for opening windows. The house could just use some fixing up of several minor things and a good scrub of the kitchen. »

« This duplex is old and run down. The upper floor was fine. It did have a smell of an older house, and definitely needs new carpets, but it’s clean and was doable to us for a cheap price! Bedding and towels were new and clean.The lower unit is a different story. While it appeared relatively clean, the smell was so strong we didn’t use it. It was a combination of chemicals and animal odors. It did look like they had tried to shampoo the carpets which I know brings everything up, so maybe it was at...
