« Unsafe neighborhood, security door didnt work it just opens into the apt building just gross dirty inside mold in the coffee maker hair and scumall over the bathtub whole apt was unsafe for my visiting one yr old grandaughter. This had many saftey issues the air-conditioning was plugges into a broken outlet i felt very unsafe and dirty in this vrbo this wont let me submit pictures for some reason »

« The apartment was adorable and we absolutely loved it! It was close enough to campus for us to walk but far enough that we weren't bothered by noise. Plus the owner was easy to communicate with. If we ever go back to Fargo we're definitely staying here again. »

« Very long story short - i booked a property with the host, was given address, security codes for a property, and when I entered the property there were others in there already. There were VERY uncomfortable moments until we determined what was going on. They were in town for a shooting event, and basically said if I had walked in a bit later they would have been asleep and we'd likely have an accidental shooting situation. « We have stayed at this property twice. The location is great for us. It's not fancy but it is clean and very affordable. I am sure we will stay here again. »

« When we arrived after 12 in the afternoon it reaked, was messy, and verry worn dirty carpets. It look nothing like what was showen on the photo's. We decided not to stay there, afraide of getting some bug or illness. Not up to any standerds. We gave it a minus star. We were miss informed on the add and would like our moneyback. »

« This was a perfect place for me and my son to stay when I came up to watch his first college football game. I had my own room and he had his own room for the weekend and it was perfect for us. Super clean and a great location. The host responded to a couple questions I had immediately. We will stay here again when I come and visit him »

« My husband and I stayed here for 6 weeks in-between homes. It is a cute 2 story old brown house with an upstairs unit and a main floor unit. Sara was absolutely incredible. Very responsive and friendly. We got lost trying to find it the first night, but other than that, it was perfect. Would definitely stay here again! »
