« No information about having to carry our stuff up 3.5 story's of steel fire escape. it was hell and dangerous. Not one comfortable chair or love seat in the place. Only one TV and that was in the kitchen. At times the people that live there where a bit noisy. To get comfortable you had to lay on the bed..Had nothing to sit on but 4 hard small wooden chairs. Four hundred dollars a night than nothing to sit on. No stove. »

« Generally, the place met the expectations but you must expect some humidity and what's come with it. If you plan to go to Boston with the train, expect some difficulties in late night because the train station is close, this is true, but at night the trains are not so easy to catch (consult the mbta site to understand the lines and their schedule). Our comeback from Fenway Park was a pain in the *** after the game. However, yes it's really quiet (at least the moments we were there). »

« The home is lovely, new and clean and very comfortable. Easy to find and an easy trip from Brookline where we were going for a family gathering. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Overall it was perfect for our needs, met all our expectations, and we would happily stay there again and likely will do so next winter when we are back for another family holiday gathering. »

« Spacious bedrooms, the kitchen has beautiful granite counters, and plenty of storage space. The owner was super helpful and responsive where he immediately addressed a small issue with one of the bedroom doors. Terrific value for myself and my three kids! »

« We were happy about the location to Boston, access to trains and space for four people to share. The apartment (model unit) is showing its wear and in a very loud building. You can hear plumbing and walking from other floors. Parking was provided but transponder did not work. That said, our biggest issue for this experience was a very unresponsive host. « The unit was spacious, attractive and convenient to the places we wanted to go, but there were some issues. When we arrived, we found a torn wet dirty towel in the sink, and the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. The TV was difficult to start because we had to set up an account. There was no hair dryer, so we had to request one. The unit had no dish towels, dish rags, facial tissue or napkins. There were very few dishes, only three small glasses and no regular-sized ones. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to the outskirts of Boston and near Franklin Park Zoo which we visited to see Boston Lights.
