« We were happy about the location to Boston, access to trains and space for four people to share. The apartment (model unit) is showing its wear and in a very loud building. I have so much I want to say about it but because I can’t seem to get my refund for the day I had to leave early -due to the hot water heater not working- I worry my negative review will prohibit the right thing from happening. I left it cleaner than I found it. I even bought a new frying pan for the kitchen because the other two are so scratched up they’re not food safe. I believe this could be a great rental with some investments put forth. »

« We stayed at this property and originally were supposed to have the upstairs unit. There was a mixup and we were accommodated in the lower unit. There was adequate space and we had a great time. The only criticism was that the cookware in the unit (pots and pans) were really not usable. Other than that the unit was clean and spacious. »
