« What a great place to stay! Beautiful home, plenty of rrom as we had 5 adults and 4 children. Close to everything! »

« We thought the cottage was delightful and perfect for our family of 6 adults. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and patio area. We used the docks for tie up during the day and swam off of one of the boating docks when the Methodist camp kiddos were using the swim area for their activities. »

« Really awesome place! Checking in was really easy and the amenities were great. The backyard was very scenic and relaxing. A family of deer took a walk through the yard each day. The whole house was very cozy and had a really nice cabin feel to it. 10/10 would stay again! »

« Nice peaceful neighborhood. We could walk & bike on the trail. We were within 10 minutes to pretty much anything we wanted to do without being close to a bunch of people. Multiple golf courses near and a wonderful winery that had delicious food. »

« This was a really nice place to stay. My questions were answered promptly and everything was stocked and avail for use including kierug and coffee and creamers. All utensils pots pans and bows avail along with bathroom supplies including shampoo conditioner and body wash. I packed all of this stuff and used it but didnt need to. I will remember for next time. The only downfall was 1 bathroom and we had 9 guests. I do give a 9.5 out of 10 stars :) also very close to beaches,stores and restaurants...

« Rick and Nadine were fabulous! Home was so accommodating and everything was literally a block away. Easy water equipment rentals and plenty of restaurants/bars in walking distance. We couldn’t have been happier…it was a fantastic family vacation!! »

« Very comfortable, All the neighbors were friendly, close to activities like Arnold Park and the Iowa rock 'n' roll Museum, and the roof garden. I would highly recommend this cozy house. Jackie was very responsive to messages and calls. Thank you very much for a great stay. »

« This bungalow is a great place to stay. Floor plan is open and very updated, clean and comfortable. The host even provided chocolate, marshmallows and graham crackers for s’mores »

« Inside was clean and well maintained. Host was attentive before and during our trip. Unforeseen issues happened outside of their control and they were proactive and transparent about it. Overall, it met our needs and made for a fun weekend at Okoboji! »

« Classic Okoboji getaway with that true cabin feeling. Beautiful views of the lake from the picture windows in the living area. North Bay is quiet and the sand beach on the property is a rare find. The dock was perfect for fishing, caught some largemouth, catfish and bluegill. The water trampoline and kayak available were an added bonus for the family to enjoy. It was a good old fashion family vacation, We will be back! »
