« House was fairly new. Still have new homes being built in the area. Rooms were clean and area was a friendly and safe area. House rules were as expected. Few minor cosmetic issues which I notified host about upon check as it was not a major concern. My only negative concern is that there was no access to the garage. « Like staying at a resort! Very clean and newly updated throughout. The kitchen has all new and modern appliances with all the cooking utensils and cookware needed to cook any meal. This is by far the most well stocked kitchen we’ve seen at any rental. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms had great showers and everything else needed. The neighborhood is quiet but close enough to Mankato. Amy is a great host and provides a top notch house. »
