« Like staying at a resort! Very clean and newly updated throughout. The kitchen has all new and modern appliances with all the cooking utensils and cookware needed to cook any meal. This is by far the most well stocked kitchen we’ve seen at any rental. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms had great showers and everything else needed. The neighborhood is quiet but close enough to Mankato. Amy is a great host and provides a top notch house. »

« The property is not well kept outdoors. There were dirty, dusty kayaks thrown to one side, a weedy and unattractive lawn. No plants or flowers. An old rusty grill sat near the deck, which was badly in need of staining. The steps to the lake needed more railings. The shallow water was so rocky we could hardly walk. « Property is as beautiful as the view! Well maintained, clean and so many amenities, I think they thought of pretty much everything! We really enjoyed the lake and the fire pit by the lake. Kayaks and peddle paddle boat were provided and enjoyed, especially by the two littlest ones in our group. Lots of indoor and outdoor games and a table large enough for everyone to eat, or play games. Brought our boat and it was nice to be able to go for a ride, fish, or pull the kids on a tube. We’ll...

« Road is under construction including sidewalk, have to park about 500 feet away and walk through construction to get there. This was not informed to us when booking. Place is nice, shower is small though for such a large bathroom. The small town is great. People are friendly and both the Legion and Corner Tap are very welcoming establishments. Would definitely stay again but the construction is a definite hinder. »
