« The house was perfectly clean and set up with everything we needed. Well-appointed kitchen. It was the perfect small home for us and our close friends to have as home base for our New River Gorge adventures. We loved the large back yard with vibrant fall trees, comfortable furniture under an awning, and a firepit. Walked to restaurants in town. Convenient to all our daytime activities and quiet at night. « AMAZING! It was nice to unplug and be totally off the grid for the weekend. The views were amazing and it so peaceful and relaxing. I stayed for my family reunion in Rosedale and will def be back again. I met the owner on a walk, and he was so nice. Much more spacious than being cramped up in a hotel room. The weather was perfect. We played horseshoes and made s’mores by the fire. 1010 recommend! »

« The cabin was in a quiet area, isolated in the trees from the houses around. It was clean, the hosts were very thoughtful and checked on us via message during our stay. They were very kind and made sure to include a binder full of attractions, stores, and restaurants. We were located about 10 minutes from Marlinton, and there were many attractions within a 30-45 minute radius. Great cabin in a beautiful location! »

« The cabin was very clean, organized, and peaceful. The tub was cracked and the down spout had been knocked on the rear of the red cabin. There was random pieces of garbage around the cabin and in the woods. The pond is not close to the cabins (1/2 mile) down hill and the road and trails to it were not maintained.
