« The stay was perfect! KG had this place spotless for us when we walked in. It smelled so fresh and nice! We were so pleased with our work stay here. The beds were very comfortable and having your own AC was even better. We utilized the kitchen for some breakfast and I wish I had that area in my own home. It was a quiet area of town besides the occasional vehicle going down the road but I slept through most of those. If I ever make my way back to Waterbury I’ll most definitely stay here again if...

The house is historical, we got a chance to see the nice woodwork from the hardwood floor and kitchen cabinets. The rooms are spacious, and parking space is very large as well. « The studio apartment is in a very convenient location. It is a lovely walk to Yale. Many restaurants just outside the door. My friends, who joined me for a meal, found parking easily. It was a plus having use of a parking pass for Dwight Street. We never had a problem getting a parking spot. We also loved being able to bring our two small pups with us. The bottle of wine was a thoughtful touch. »
