« This home has enough space for the entire family to spend a week together; the location is great and very walkable. The home is well equipped and had everything we needed. Lots of dishes and cutlery. However, the home needs some maintenance. Vinyl floor in the common space is peeling off; sliding doors to some patios are very hard to open; shower leaking in one of the bedrooms, ….some attention is needed. Some guests complained about not enough bath towels, one per person isn’t enough. Elevator...

« We had a great time during our stay at this condo! We have come to Carolina beach for a few years and usually stay on the ocean side, but decided to give the basin side a try. We loved it! Nice and calm yet so close to the beach! Just a short block walk. You can see the beach access from the condo parking. Also just a few minute walk to the pier. We slept well, comfortable beds and bedding, and I was happy there was no street noise. All was clean. I also loved the balconies. Perfect...

« Biggest issue was the elevator. The listing said there was an elevator but once we arrived the elevator was for private use. The owner did let us use it but it took some calling and convincing. We had an elderly person who couldn’t go up and down the steps which would have been a bigger issue for us if we couldn’t have used the elevator. Also there were a few minor maintenance issues that need to be fixed The property was convenient and had plenty of space If I would have known before hand...
