« Parking wasn’t free, I had to pay 30.00 a day to park! I parked on the gravel it was tough getting my luggage through the gravels. No elevators. »

« This is a total scam. Do not book here. They took my money and I was never able to access the room and the host just disappeared. Stay far away. »

« Property was nice, clean with great location. Host management company was rude and slow with questions upon booking and during the stay. Parking is not in a real parking spot. You risk being side swiped by neighboring units. It is a hand painted spot on the ground making it very difficult to find especially at night. »

« Wonderful, spacious apartment in a great location to the historic Wilmington riverwalk! The house was absolutely perfect and comfortable for me and my sister - stocked with all the necessities, including some waters and snacks. Curt was a fantastic host, communicating clearly and promptly before and during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely stay again in the future! Highly recommend. »

« Love that place, my sisters and i have a beautiful time, place is gorgeous, i am an architect and i appreciate the old good restore building and the street is so pretty, walking distance from the river, and shops and restaurants. We have everything we need in the house for cooking and the beds are comfy and the place is quiet. I will easily stay here again. Steve was so easy to reach out and very kind. »

« From the moment I stepped into Catalina Crib, I was immediately impressed. The space was exceptionally clean, fresh, and inviting, with no lingering odors whatsoever.
