« The apartment has an ant problem in the kitchen that needs to be addressed. Otherwise, we enjoyed it - very clean and comfortable. Overall, the neighborhood was good and we walked downtown from the apartment. The bed was comfortable and everything worked well. But if there are light sleepers in your party, you can hear the people upstairs talking and walking above you. »

« Central location in Wilmington, NC. The accommodations were basic but comfortable. I booked it as a VRBO booking . I knew it was a motel, as we had stayed there before, in a smaller room, but I would have thought as a VRBO booking that there would have been basic kitchen amenities/supplies. There was nothing. Know that if you use this location, you will need to bring 100% of your supplies, if you plan to cook. There were a few minor issues: i.e. microwave light did not work. A drawer was...
