« L'appartement est très confortable et offre tous les services requis. Situation en face du fleuve et du Riverwalk permet un accès direct à pied au secteur historique de la ville. Le balcon nous permet de profiter des rayons du soleil et de la vue magnifique. Seul inconvénient, il y a actuellement des travaux de construction dans le bloc à côté ce qui augmente parfois le niveau de bruit. »

« The condo was very clean and the check-in process was seamless. Grant returned all of our messages within minutes. Knowing everything was all set before the trip made the drive during the day less stressful. All of the furnishings were comfortable, and having only one TV remote was a nice touch. « Our stay on the Wilmington Riverwalk was delightful. The condo was perfect. Comfortable, clean, stylish and so convenient to everything Wilmington has to offer. We loved sitting on the patio with our morning coffee watching the river and the people going by and really enjoyed the choice of restaurants only a short stroll away. We will definitely choose to stay again at the condo on the Riverwalk. »

« Our stay was great! Easy to locate, accessibility to beach and other area activities was easy. The property managers were highly communicative and engaged at the property. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was there were gnats in the room. Not an infestation, in fact only a few, yet enough to be bothersome.I would definitely stay at this property again. »

« The condo was clean and had a wonderful deck. It’s a property with no frills but we found it to be very comfortable. Great ocean views from the balcony. We appreciated the fact that we could walk to restaurants that were a mile or little more away. It was a great way to get our 10K steps in every day. Driving was an option of course…. As long as you are good with 2 floors of stairs, this is a perfect vacation spot! »

« We loved this property! Would definitely stay again. Appreciated the cleanliness and it was very well-appointed. Had what you needed and it was nice that the ice cube trays were frozen and ready to go. This is across the street from the pathway between the properties that leads you to the beach. « Curt and Ada's place was great for my wife and I to get away for several weekdays. The home was spotless, organized, and just perfect. Curt and Ada were awesome hosts, answering questions before we arrived and included personal touch to their local recommendations (by message and a book in the living room). The view was great, weather was perfect, and we could not have asked for a better time. Thank you Curt and Ada! »

« We have stayed at this condo several times. It is a beautiful, well maintained condo with an amazing large covered deck and is equipped with everything you need while away from home. The hosts are wonderful to work with and respond to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. The condo is close to restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this condo if your destination is the Carolina Beach arae. »
