« How this condo has a decent rating is beyond me. We walked in and was welcomed by a puddle of dog pee on the floor, hair in the floor in the bathroom, a razor left in the shower, dirty shower and bath rugs and basically a unit that is in need of some work. The host offered to refund the cleaning fee we were charged but so far nothing has come thru. We did like the location. We did like the deck looking out at the beach. « Beautiful views of the ocean and Carolina Beach. The condo was beautiful and looks recently updated. Bright, spacious, and comfortable. Ample supplies in the kitchen. Bedrooms were roomy. Nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. Huge deck over looking ocean with very nice furniture on deck. Beach chairs were also available for use. Great for families. Plenty of room for everyone. « Great stay! The place was clean and well kept. Only thing to note, the stairs up to the top floor bedroom are a bit narrow on the side, so just watch your step. Everything else was awesome. Would definitely recommend for budget cautious travelers. Host is very responsive as well. »

« The accommodations were as described. Very clean with kitchenette .There was a sitting area for watching TV and relaxing. Location was great - one block walk to the river walk. Numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance. There is no on site parking but affordable public parking lots near by. »

« The condo had beautiful views and was directly on the beach. Parking was great and right under the condo. The condo had all needed amenities. There was a few things that could have been cleaner such as the bathroom but was tolerable. My biggest issue were the laundry doors were broken and would stay open blocking the living area. It was a nuisance but not the worst thing. The condo was dated but again it was ok because it was so close to the beach. »

« We always love staying at the Sea Colony while in Carolina Beach! I communicated with the owner several times and he always responded. They provide everything that you need for your stay and the unit was clean and smelled clean upon arrival. We will for sure be staying here again. »
