« Really great stay, house was incredible and Rich was a wonderful host - very easy to communicate with and was helpful with accommodating our group and setting the house up for our event. Barny the barn cat was also a great addition to our Sten do group! »

« The lower bunkbed in the laundry area had sheets that smelled like urine. The walls in the two bedrooms by the laundry room were dirty. The dresser in one of the bedrooms was missing handles. Most of the remotes in the house did not work. In the bedroom next to the kitchen the faucet handle in the bathroom came completely off. The air hockey table was broken. The fireplaces in the game room and living room did not work. The chlorine level in the pool was so high that it severely irritated...

« Great location, very clean and nice accommodations. Within walking and biking distance to everything we wanted to do. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, with a bike rental place and a parking deck within a few blocks. Highly recommend! »

« Nice clean and convenient house. Very much a family home in a quiet street right in the middle of south Philly. It is a lived in, family house with quirks and features to match. Not having standard network TV, only streaming services was annoying »
