« Communication with the host was very poor. He did not respond in a timely manner, and when issues came up during our stay, we were unable to reach him until the morning of checkout even after multiple attempts to call and message. Check-in itself went smoothly, but once inside, the house was not clean. « We were a group of 5 "senior-aged" couples traveling together and the home was just what we needed. It was like stepping into Philadelphia's historic glory, so walkable and close to great restaurants, and the Philly sights. It added a great deal to our Philly experience. »

« We brought our Mastiff with us. After one day he settled in and was as comfortable as if we were at home. The fenced in backyard and deck was great! Our dog enjoyed exploring the backyard and lying down on the grass. Fortunately/unfortunately a big magnolia tree from the neighbors yard spread over into the backyard. « We celebrated Easter weekend at the property . The house was very clean and accommodated our group of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone. The sunsets were beautiful and enjoyed on the deck each night. Very much enjoyed our stay on the property. »

« We had a nice stay at the Wisteria Inn. It is a spacious home, and we appreciated its historic charm. The owner/manager was responsive, and we did not have any significant issues with the property during our stay. The configuration of the bedrooms is non-standard, but not an issue for us as we only needed to use 3 of them. »
