« We enjoyed staying at the property for 5 nights. The hosts, Russell and Lorraine were extremely helpful and cordial. The property was well described in the Stayz site, clean and accurately described. The only thing to note that there is no garage and driveway access, although parking was no issue. There was an issue with the heating of the pool, but Russell assisted with getting it rectified. The other issue was that the spa in the master was not working, and requires attention. Thanks Russell...

« Great house in a spectacular location in Warrnambool. Clean, generous size living area. With views. Check in easy. Appreciated that there was extra food in pantry. Didn’t need it or use it but nice to see generous thought. Maybe an extra bathroom would have been useful as everyone getting ready for a wedding at same time. But that was for that situation. Highly recommend. »

Vrbo in process of finding somewhere else for us to stay when he finally answered phone, texts and email. No apology, just put blame on Stayz. Got in to find stairs very narrow and inhospitable to disabled family member as bedrooms and sitting area on separate level to kitchen. You had to walk through a bedroom with a bath in it to get from the car...
